Art of Strength includes training methods, equipment and programs that have been proven to work across a wide spectrum of users, including elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, first responders, adolescents, and anyone looking to get more out of life.
Types of Classes
Basic Training- Mandatory before participating in all other AOS sessions. Introduction to vintage equipment and movements. Good for all levels.
Vintage Tabata- (formerly Express): Using AOS equipment and movements, this class delivers a dynamic and intense 30 minute workout in Tabata (or High Intensive Interval Training) format. Includes rotating sessions of high intensive work followed by rest, improving strength and endurance, and burning the maximum amount of calories. Good for all levels. Basic Training class is required before attending.
Advanced Tabata- Take your skills to the next level! This class is a progression from Vintage Tabata, incorporating more advanced and integrated movements and equipment in a a fun and technically challenging class. Basic Training class is required, and Vintage Tabata class is recommended before participation.
