Boxing Fitness

Boxing Fitness is a high-intensity, group training session that combines cardio, strength and toning into a one-hour, full-body workout. These classes are focused on pure fitness training, with no sparring or martial arts training involved. 
 
Boxing Fitness is offered Monday through Thursday, at 6:00 PM, at Bodyworks 34th Street location. Only 10 participants per session. Reservation sheets available at the front desk at Bodyworks 34th Street. Call 799-4040 for more information.
 
Sessions will be instructed by Terry Washington, a Professional Boxing Trainer with 20 years of experience. Terry also works with the Texas Tech Football team on training for hand speed, balance and footwork.
