Fitness Consultant - Membership Sales

A Fitness Consultant's main responsibility is to help bring new members to Bodyworks, through lead boxes, fliers, buddy referrals, telephone calls, in-store and outside promotions. An outgoing personality is a must for this position. This is a full-time position, with a base salary and incentives for production. Fitness Consultants are placed in our Manager Training Program after 90 days of successful membership sales.

Compensation Package

Personal Trainer - Sales and Service

Bodyworks' Personal Trainers are committed to helping members achieve fitness results. Personal Trainers must exhibit outstanding customer service skills to be considered for a position. Bodyworks has both full-time and part-time personal trainers. Personal training certification from a nationally recognized program is required within 90 days of hire.

Lifeguards

Under general supervision, ensures the safety of patrons of an aquatic facility by preventing and responding to emergencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.
• Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
• Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service.
• Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility.
• Prepares and maintains appropriate activity reports.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

6 months to 1 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. CPR Certified; Current certification as Lifeguard by a recognized source of training.
