Boot Camp - Are you ready for a challenge?!? This class isn't for the faint of heart. Our drill sergeants
will get you into shape and ready for sports! Campers are taken through an intensive series of drills and exercises specifically for athletes. Focus is on speed, agility and quickness. So, strap on your tennis shoes and fall in!
Extreme P.E. - Everyone knows the best part of school is recess! Come play with us on the court. Our fun coaches will have you pumped about P.E. as you play extreme games with everything from obstacle courses to relays; this class will take you to the extreme. Extreme games makes extreme fun!
Movin' On Up - Take your workout to new heights with our climbing wall. Movin' On Up is an introductory class that let's kids learn all they need to know about climbing and then give it a go! The focus will be on beginning to intermediate climbing skills including safety, harnessing, top rope climbing and repelling.
'Round We Go - Finally, a circuit class for kids! 'Round We Go will take your child through an exciting strength training circuit complete with added fun like hula hoops and jump ropes to keep them movin'. This class is a great way to emphasize to your child the importance of building muscle and how much fun you can have while doing it! Watch their confidence rise as they reach goals and get the results they deserve.
Short Circuit - Are you ready for a jump start? This class is a great introduction to our children's hydraulic equipment. Follow our trainers as we walk you through our machines teaching purpose and proper technique. Of course, we'll bring in some fun with silly exercises and funny facts. Then, try it yourself! Short Circuit finishes with a brief circuit class for a chance to apply your NEW knowledge!
Sports Mania - Let's play ball! Explore the world of sports in this action-packed class. Sports Mania covers everything from flag football to frisbee golf. This class will teach you the basics and then let you improve your skills in scrimmages. Be ready for some friendly competition where everyone is a winner.
Tot's 'N Motion - Yea! It's time for the little ones to get movin'. This class is a great introduction to fitness for our tiniest members with simple movement, neat props and a fun environment. It's time for them to experience the excitement of music and motion!
X-Challenge - Grab a control because the game is on! X-Challenge gives kids a chance to play competitive X-Box games against one another on our state-of-the-art Kilowatt Systems and Dance, Dance Revolution ads. This new, high-tech equipment is one of the most exciting ways to get your heart rate up. The games are awesome, but you wouldn't believe the workout!
Praise Dance - This special class is opened to the public, not just Bodyworks members or guests - for free! Praise Dance is a Christian-based dance ministry with weekly drop-in classes.

Bodyworks Dance! - Spin, turn and leap into the art of dance! These classes are for all levels of dancers. Learn and/or improve your skills in ballet, tap, jazz and/or hip hop. Dancing provides the perfect medium for developing coordination and building self-esteem, while having a good time. Get flexible, get fit and get your groove on!!!
Bodyworks Swim - Sure, splashing around with floaties is fun, but do you really wanna SWIM?!?! We can teach you how! Our American Red Cross authorized classes are taught by certified Water Safety Instructors and are offered throughout the year in our indoor/outdoor AquaZone. We'll start with Waterbabies (ages 6 months to 3 years) and turn them into fish from Minnows to Sharks!
Kids' Kung Fu - Modern wushu, or Kids' Kung Fu, stylizes the techniques of traditional kung fu, turning it into a performance-oriented series of precision movements. As a sport, wushu is actually quite scientific, making use of physiology and body dynamics by challenging the potentials of the human body. Modern wushu stresses eye-hand coordination along with aerial acrobatics, flexibility, speed, movement performance, presence and beauty.
Torpedo Tumblers - Get ready to roll! This class will turn you upside down as you tumble into fitness.
We focus on basic tumbling from forward rolls to flip flops. Learn balance, control and self-awareness as you flip to the beat. Little gymnasts will also practice jumps, moves and stretching. So take off your shoes and get ready for a barrel of fun!
