  There is more to personal training than reps and sets. At Bodyworks, we want to match you with a trainer that meets the following criteria:

  • Scheduling - We understand that you have a life. So we want to match you with a personal trainer that can work with you on your schedule constraints.
  • Comfortable - Some training clients simply have certain preferences, when it comes to personal training. For example, if you are more comfortable working with a female trainer, then Bodyworks will make sure we meet that preference.
  • Personality - If you are going to spend several hours a week with someone, it helps if you like that person. The same goes for personal training. Bodyworks will try our best to match you with a trainer that you enjoy working out with.
