Fitness Consultants (Membership Sales)
A Fitness Consultant's main responsibility is to help bring new members to Bodyworks, through a variety of prospecting methods. An outgoing personality is a must for this position. Fitness consultants are full-time employees, with a base salary, plus commissions and bonuses based on production.

Fitness Consultants that demonstrate success in membership sales, responsibility and show desire to grow with our team are placed in our Manager Training Program after 90 days of service.

Personal Trainers (Personal Training Sales)
Bodyworks’ Personal Trainers are committed to helping members achieve fitness results. Personal Trainers must exhibit outstanding customer service skills to be considered for a position. Bodyworks has both full-time and part-time personal training positions available. Previous fitness or athletics experience is a plus.

Personal training certification from a nationally recognized program is required within 90 days of hire. Next in-house certification is available in early December. Compensation is based on number of client service hours provided to paid clients.
