Class Descriptions

Body Sculpt - A combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands and your own body! Designed to provide you with a total body workout in one short hour! Good for all levels.

Cardio Blast - an all around cardio workout using your own body as resistance! Floor work gets the heart rate up and then the class is rounded out with some weighted work (weights and/or tubing) and a strong finish with core work and cool down!

Cardio Kick - Cardio Kick brings it on! This great 60-minute class of martial arts & boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining & shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors & a group environment will keep you moving!

Core Challenge - a strong core leads to a strong body, better posture, and in general better self awareness! Work your way through various strengthening exercises for the abdominals, back and hips, all to help midsection stability and strength. 20 – 25 minutes in length.

Group Centergy - a revolution in mind/body training that will change the way you feel about your body—forever. You'll stand straighter, feel stronger, become more flexible, and more physically aware. Set to uplifting music, Group Centergy is designed to increase your endurance, reduce stress, and relieve pain. So get your mind and body into the flow - Group Centergy.

Group Kick - Group Kick brings it on! This electric 60-minute fusion class of martial arts & boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining & shaping your body and self confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors & a group environment will keep you punching, kicking & smiling! Group Kick will knock you out!

Group Power - the original barbell class. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, Group Power delivers real results, real fast. This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. With motivating music and awesome instructors, Group Power strengthens, tones, and defines like nothing else can. And quite simply, it's the fastest way in the universe to get in shape.

Group Ride - Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains & spin your way to burning calories & strengthening your lower body. A 60-minute ride that is geared for all levels. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you RIDE ON!

Group Step - – Discover new heights with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions & heights, this compelling 60-minute cardio program strengthens & shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music & motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way with Group Step.

Jazzercise - combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age/fitness level.

Martial Arts - We offer several different Martial Arts Classes for all ages and abilities. Please ask a staff member for more information.

Matt Pilates - Specifically designed low impact, controlled exercises which enhance flexibility, strength and agility. Emphasis on core stability using the powerhouse muscles, hips, buttocks, and thighs. Good for all levels.

Power Step - This high-energy combination class is designed to challenge you while stepping to fun choreography and lifting weights for resistance training! Use this 75-minute class to break a sweat and have some fun! Good for all levels.

Rock Bottom - Take 30 minutes to stegthen, tone and define all the muscles of your lower body - legs, gluts, hips, and the smaller stabilizing muscles. Using free weights, barbells, resistance tubing, and resistance balls you'll work your way into a new you. Great for someone looking for a quick weighted workout for the lower body.

Spinning - An awesome indoor cycling class that provides all the terrain you need – hills, climbs, flats, and much more! Set to rockin’ music, you are sure to break a sweat as you cross the finish line with the team. A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Get there a few minutes early so the instructor can help set up your bike!

Super Sculpt - A combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands and your own body! Designed to provide you with a total body workout in one short hour! Good for all levels.

Total Body Challenge - Use this class to take your workout to the max! This class combines high intensity upper and lower body exercises with cardio vascular conditioning to achieve maximum results ! A 60-minute class good for all levels.

Upper Cuts - Take 30 minutes to stregthen, tone and define all the muscles of your upper body, chest, back, arms and shoulders. Use free weights, barbells, resistance tubing, low resistance and high repetitions for the lean look! Great for someone looking for a qucik weighted workout for the upper body.

X-Biking - An awesome indoor cycling class that provides all the terrain you need – hills, climbs, flats, and much more! Set to rockin’ music, you are sure to break a sweat as you cross the finish line with the team. A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Get there a few minutes early so the instructor can help set up your bike! This class is only at the 34th location.

Yoga - Take time to relax, strengthen and tone while working on your flexibility and relaxation techniques. This class utilizes a variety of poses to help release stress & find more energy! Good for all levels.

Yogilates - you like, Yoga, and you like Pilates, this class combines them both! Good for all levels.
