Bodyworks GroupX Classes
Have fun while getting in shape at one of Bodyworks' many Group Exercise (GroupX) Classes!  GroupX classes include a variety of different classes to help you burn more calories, build endurance, and increase strength and flexibility.  From Yoga, to Spin, to Kickboxing and Zumba, and even Aqua classes, you're sure to find something you will love!  Please click here for the current class schedules at all of our locations. 

This 60-minute fast paced workout will leave you ready to attack! You will experience a combination of swimming, aqua boxing and a great cardiovascular workout.

Aqua Piloxing takes the same moves from the popular Piloxing class, and moves it underwater.  A combination of Pilates and Boxing inspired moves, this class is a high intensity, fat-torching, muscle building interval workout that is sure to be both fun and challenging!   

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba® is a safe, effective, and challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness, moving against the resistance of the water.

Body Sculpt - A combination of traditional body sculpting methods using free weights, resistance bands and your own body! Designed to provide you with a total body workout in one short hour! Good for all levels.

Core Challenge - a strong core leads to a strong body, better posture, and in general better self awareness! Work your way through various strengthening exercises for the abdominals, back and hips, all to help midsection stability and strength. 20 – 25 minutes in length.

Group Centergy
Group Centergy: a revolution in mind/body training that will change the way you feel about your body—forever. You'll stand straighter, feel stronger, become more flexible, and more physically aware. Set to uplifting music, Group Centergy is designed to increase your endurance, reduce stress, and relieve pain. So get your mind and body into the flow - Group Centergy.

Group Power Bodyworks
GroupPower is the original barbell class. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, Group Power delivers real results, real fast. This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body. With motivating music and awesome instructors, Group Power strengthens, tones, and defines like nothing else can. And quite simply, it's the fastest way in the universe to get in shape.

Group Ride Bodyworks
Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains & spin your way to burning calories & strengthening your lower body. A 60-minute ride that is geared for all levels. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you RIDE ON!


Discover new heights with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions & heights, this compelling 60-minute cardio program strengthens & shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music & motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way with Group Step.

In this class, our yoga room is heated to allow for deeper release and to avoid injury.  The heat is also designed to balance every system, gland and organ in the body while you sweat out toxins and burn more calories!   

This class consists of Yoga and Pilates inspired movements in the water.  This is a beneficial class for anyone looking to increase strength and flexibility in a weightless and stress-free environment. 

Have you ever thought about strength training in the comfort of water? If so, this class is for you! Use resistance techniques to tone and strengthen your upper body, lower body and core. This class will not only build strength, but add flexibility as well.

Jazzercise combines elements of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and more to create truly effective programs for people of every age/fitness level.

A martial arts based cardio kickboxing class using bags for drills and variety.  high energy and lots of upper body work, as well as a great way to get rid of your not-so-great day. 

Specifically designed low impact, controlled exercises that enhance flexibility, strength and agility.  Emphasis on core stability using the powerhouse muscles of the hips, buttocks and thighs. 

This class mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging.  In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. 

Just what it says- yoga with a little something extra!  A powerful vinyasa format designed to strengthen your body and mind.  Enjoy working through challenging, flowing sequences and balancing poses.  All levels are welcome and modifications are shown. 

This high energy combination class is designed to challenge you while stepping to fun choreography and lifting weights for resistance training.  Use this 75 minute class to sculpt your body, burn tons of calories, and have some fun! 

This 30 minute class uses water bags, steel-bells, agility ladders, and bandit loops.  Consisting of both cardio and strength training exercises, this class gives you an awesome total body workout! 

This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions within the body.  We use props to support the postures and focus on breathing, while gently stretching and strengthening the body.  This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
