Independence Day Cookout

On July 4th , join Bodyworks for our Annual Independence Day Cookout and Pool Party! The cookout takes place on Saturday, July 4th at Bodyworks' Family Center (5105 82nd). The pool will be open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and the Waterpark will be open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Starting at noon, we will have our grill fired up and have burgers and dogs available. Holiday Hours

Friday, July 3rd - All clubs close at regular time. 50th Street Club closes at 10:00 PM.
Saturday, July 4th - All clubs closed EXCEPT Family Center, which is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All members may utilize the Family Club on July 4th.
Sunday, July 5th - Clubs open regular hours. 50th Street Club opens at 8:00 AM.

You are invited to attend the Summer BTS GroupX Launch on Saturday, July 18th at Bodyworks' 50th Street location. That morning, we will introduce new music and choreography for the following classes:

At 8:30 AM - Group Step
At 9:45 AM - Group Power
At 10:00 AM - Group Centergy
At 11:00 AM - Group Groove
At 12:00 Noon - Group Kick

At the launch, we will have We have prizes, food, water and lots of fellowship as we roll out the new moves!

Faith Fitness: Prayer

Pastor Brad Jurkovich My wife said, “Brad, we are going to start going to this fitness class called “Power”.” I thought, “You know, what a great opportunity to spend time with my wife and get healthy and fit.” So I went to my first class. Ten minutes into the first session of the class I began to pray like I had never prayed before! I said, “God, I love my wife and I do want to be healthy, but I don’t want to die just yet!”
